ABOUT US
Boston Urban Academy was founded to enable students in under-resourced Boston neighborhoods to reach their highest potential. Sherry Brooks-Roberts transformed her dream into a reality by utilizing her 36 years as an elementary school educator, administrator and change agent.
BUA will launch as a PreK school and add an additional grade each year until we reach our full design up to grade six (6). We will manage our growth incrementally and apply new learnings along the way to assure excellent outcomes and sustainability.
